Junmai Daiginjo

Sake

The most refined and high-end version of Japanese sake, junmai daiginjo sake is made from a minimum of 50% polished rice without the addition of alcohol. It is a sake that can be described as "grand cru", with a marked aromatic profile and a beautiful complexity. Fruity and delicate, it is a generally dry sake that is best drunk chilled and will perfectly accompany your finest dishes.
