Uisuki, the last chapter.

On November 29, 2013, Uisuki recorded its very first order: a Hibiki 12 Year Old.
An iconic reference in Japanese whisky, and also a rather prophetic nod.

Twelve years later, and after just under 24,000 bottles delivered, the time has come to turn the page and close Uisuki.

As in any entrepreneurial journey, unforeseen events can sometimes disrupt the course of a project. That is what happened to us with a computer security incident in mid-October, which led us to close the website as the end-of-year holiday season was approaching.

This adventure has allowed us to support the rise of Japanese whisky in France, and later to highlight other Japanese craftsmanship through sake and liqueurs, always guided by the same high standards of selection and a passion for exceptional products.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our suppliers, and above all our customers, for their trust and loyalty throughout these years.

To bring this adventure to a fitting close, a first part of our stock was offered at auction in January, bringing together many iconic references and rare bottles. We would like to warmly thank all participants and buyers for their enthusiasm and trust during this first sale.

The second part of this final chapter will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CET).

This new auction will notably feature a broader selection of sake, fruit liqueurs and Japanese gins, while also offering Japanese whiskies and several more rare gems.

Thank you for these 12 wonderful years.
