Yuzushu

Japanese Yuzu Liqueur

Yusushu is the Japanese fruit liqueur whose success has increased considerably in recent years. Very appreciated for its spicy and refreshing side, yuzushu is made from a small Japanese citrus fruit close to the lemon called yuzu from which it takes its name. If there are now many yuzu liqueurs, they are all made from the maceration of freshly harvested citrus fruits in alcohol and sugar.
