Since 2021, Nikka offers limited editions focused on the discovery of a component of its whiskies and its aromatic impact. The first edition explored the influence of peat, the second highlights the work of yeasts and the last promotes grain whiskies by combining the know-how of 4 distilleries, one of which is closed since 25 years.
Each year, Nikka presents a limited edition of the emblematic whiskies of its two distilleries Miyagikyo and Yoichi. For 2021, Yumi Ozaki the Master Blender of Myiagikyo proposes a surprising declination with the peaty character of the single malt of the distillery.
