Masuizumi Gentei Daiginjo is a premium sake brewed by Masuda Shuzo Ten Brewery now located between the sea and the mountains in the Toyama region.

Brewed using techniques perfected over generations, this daiginjo sake reveals a deep, rich and complex profile, expressing floral, fruity and mineral notes. The roundness and silky texture are enhanced by the powerful umami inherited from the rice variety specially used for brewing.

Created in the North of Japan, Masuda is a forerunner in the art of sake, starting 40 years ago to produce ginjo, a name that was not widely known in Japan at the time.

The current toji, Mr. Hatanaka, comes from a family of five generations of master brewers and is currently one of the oldest and most experienced toji in Japan.
