Setoichi Otomonaku Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake whose name means "without any noise", which evokes winter moments when nature is quieter, and its sleek design refers to a snowy landscape that can be glimpsed through the window.

The smooth, aromatic profile and silky texture of this sake highlight a rich taste with fruity aromas of ripe apple, as well as a clean and precise finish awarded the Platinum Award in the Junmai category at the Kura Master competition in 2019.

To fully enjoy this sake, it is recommended to drink at a temperature similar to that of human skin, as if you had warmed the sake glass by wrapping it in your hand. Setoichi Otomonaku Junmai Ginjo is ideal for sharing at a family dinner with grilled fish and vegetable dishes.

Seto was founded in 1865 in Kanagawa Prefecture in Kaisei-Machi. After stopping brewing in 1980, it resumed making sake in 2018, and today three people work in the kura.

The spirit of authenticity instilled by Toji or Master Brewer Yukio Kobayashi is revealed in the composition of this sake with the use of Yamada Nishiki rice, M-310 yeast and groundwater from the Tanzawa River.
