Umeshu Shiragiku Red Plum is a fruit liqueur produced by Hirose Shoten Sake House founded in 1805 in Takahama, Ibaraki region.

This liqueur is made of Shiragiku sake mixed with Tsuyu Akane ume syrup, a variety of red plum recently cultivated in the Ibaraki region. Its soft texture reveals fruity aromas of plum and red fruits as well as a greedy touch of honey.

To be enjoyed as a cocktail with sparkling water and ice cubes, but also as an accompaniment to fresh fruit desserts.
