Umeshu Shiragiku Green Plum is a fruit liqueur produced by Hirose Shoten Sake House founded in 1805 in Takahama, Ibaraki region.

This liqueur is made of Shiragiku sake mixed with ome ume syrup, a variety of green plum grown in the Ibaraki region. Its soft texture reveals fruity aromas of plum and mirabelle plum as well as a touch of refreshing acidity.

To be enjoyed as a cocktail with sparkling water and ice cubes, but also as an accompaniment to chocolate desserts.
