Mars Cosmo Manzanilla Finish is a limited edition of Mars Cosmo blended malt whose particularity is to be a blend of single malt finished in Manzanilla casks a famous white wine from Andalusia in Spain.

This new version comes from the Shinshu distillery located in the heart of the Japanese Alps, with a smooth texture and a rich aromatic profile with aromas of dried fruit, cocoa, brown sugar and maple syrup, to which the finish in Manzanilla casks brings very greedy and slightly vinous notes typical of whiskies aged in Sherry casks.
