Preparing your order

If you order before 12pm, your order is processed and shipped the same day.
It takes between 24 and 48 hours depending on the time of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

• If you order after 12 noon, your order will be prepared and shipped the next day. 

Finally, if you order after 12pm the day before a holiday or weekend (or these days), your order will be prepared on the next business day (Monday for a weekend, for example).

Delivery of your order

Usually takes between 2 and 6 days depending on the delivery partner (Colissimo international, Chronopost or DHL Europe Express).

European Delivery 

We are able to deliver in the 27 countries of the European Union : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Cyprus and Malta.

For sending in Europe, specific cost shipping is calculated during "delivery" step of the order process, and on the weight of your package and country of delivery.

Unfortunately, for various customs reasons, we are not able to deliver the United States, Taïwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, ...).

A careful packaging specifically designed for bottles

We selected for all our shipments, a package specifically designed to carry safely, bottles and fragile products. We tested ourselves by dropping several times without finding any breaks.

Except in special cases (large number of bottles, boxes, books, ...), your package will be composed of : 

• A neutral outer carton, with no visible clue to its contents 
• Your bottle will be housed in the heart of a wraparound foam designed for maximum protection of the bottles (any format)
