Aizu Homare Strawberry Nigori Sake

Never seen before, this gourmet and elegant liqueur combines the acidity and sweetness of strawberry with the silky and round flavor of nigori (unfiltered) sake.

Strawberry Sake Nigori is a low-alcohol liquor that can be enjoyed chilled with ice cubes or as an ingredient in cocktails to revisit classics such as the mojito or strawberry daiquiri. Being a nigori sake, you can also marry it with all types of desserts based on chocolate or fresh fruits.

This atypical marriage was created by the Aizu Homare brewery known for its Kyoku junmai daiginjo sake awarded in 2015 at the International Wine Challenge. Founded in 1918 in Kikata in the Fukushima region, the brewery offers us to discover sake through a recipe that invites tasting.
