Sakurao Lemon Rocks is a fruit liqueur made from Setouchi lemons, a local variety harvested around the distillery in the Hiroshima area.

Lively and refreshing, this liqueur expresses tangy notes of lemon that go well with chocolate desserts. You can choose to enjoy it on the rocks or as a base for cocktails.

Sakurao Lemon Rocks has a 2-step manufacturing process: distillation of an infusion of lemon peel and distillation of the infused peel to extract the essential oil of the citrus fruit and maximum flavors. At the end of the process, pure lemon juice is added to reinforce the intensity of the fruit aromas.
