SINGLE MALT - 47 % / 70 cl
Created in homage to the wedding on January 8, 1920 in Glasgow of the founder of Nikka, Masataka Taketsuru with Jessie Roberta Cowen, better known under the name of Rita, Yoichi Apple Brandy Wood Finish is a limited edition of the single malt from the Yoichi distillery.
For the occasion, barrels of apple brandy were used for maturing for a few months. Apples being a significant symbol of Nikka's history because encouraged by Rita, the founder at the beginning produced apple juice and jam while waiting for his first whiskies to mature.
Expressing a rich and deep profile, this limited edition of the single malt Yoichi reveals powerful peaty notes on the nose, complemented by hints of candied apple which assert themselves in the mouth with the appearance of pear notes, aromatic plants such as lemon balm and chervil, all coated with peat typical of the whiskeys of the Yoichi distillery. The long and balanced finish will leave you, in addition to the peaty notes, some fragrances of citrus zest and dried fruits.

Mars Cosmo Manzanilla Finish is a limited edition of Mars Cosmo blended malt whose particularity is to be a blend of single malt matured in Manzanilla casks a famous white wine from Andalusia in Spain.
This new version comes from the Shinshu distillery located in the heart of the Japanese Alps, with a smooth texture and a rich aromatic profile with aromas of dried fruit, cocoa, brown sugar and maple syrup, to which the finish in Manzanilla casks brings very greedy and slightly vinous notes typical of whiskeys aged in Sherry casks.

Produced at the Eigashima distillery, Akashi Single Malt 4 year old White Wine Cask was aged 3 and a half year in cognac barrels and then matured for 10 months in Japanese white wine barrels from the Akashi vineyard located in the Yamanashi region.
Neither colorful nor cold filtered, its rather round nose expressing woody aromas and notes of red fruit is strengthened on the palate with in addition intense notes of tannins and dried fruits and a balanced finish.
BLEND - 40 % / 70 cl
Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a blend whisky produced by Chugoku Jozo famous for its traditional sakes. The imported Bourbon barrels are installed in the old railway tunnel to be aged there. Then Chef Blender selects and blends the precious whisky to finish it for 3 months in sake casks before bottling it.
Expressing a delicate nose with notes of vanilla, green apple and malt, Togouchi Sake Cask Finish delivers its complexity on the palate with the appearance of lactic, woody and fruity aromas (white fruit). In a long finish, it will leave a few scents of white fruit, spices and malt.

The Nikka Tailored is the worthy heir to the 12-year-old The Nikka blend which is doomed to disappear but whose spirit has strongly marked its replacement. Even if this new version is less mature, it's also a blend of peated single malts from the Yoichi distillery with single grain and single malts from Miyagikyo aged in Sherry barrels.
Expressing a rich and creamy profile revealing fruity notes of dried fruit and gourmet notes of vanilla, caramel and chocolate cookies. At the end of the palate it will leave some notes of maple syrup and cocoa and a very slight bitterness.
Ideal for discovering the know-how of Nikka Whisky, The Nikka Tailored can be enjoyed dry with or without ice cubes, but also Japanese style in highball lengthened with sparkling water and served with lots of ice.

As its name suggests, the single malt Chichibu "On the way" 2019 represents the last step towards the creation of a 10 year old Chichibu single malt, objective dear to Ichiro Akuto the founder and Master Blender of the small distillery. For this he created the series "On the way" which was declined in 3 editions ; the first in 2013 was made up of 3 to 5 year old barrels, then the second in 2015 made up of 5 to 7 year old casks, and to finish this last 2019 edition which is a blend of Mizunara and Bourbon barrels aged 7-10 years.
Its complex and powerful nose clearly puts things right with notes of honey and juicy fruits such as apricot, peach, pineapple and applesauce, but also some spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper. In the fruity and spicy continuity of the nose, its roundness and richness explodes on the palate with the appearance of notes of apples, citrus pears and a touch of vanilla evoking pastry cream at the end of tasting in a long and balanced finish.

This Kanosuke New Born Single Malt, by definition, is the juice that comes out of the still then aged for 8 months in white oak barrels before used for maturing shochu. It must be said that beyond its very refreshing profile, sublime fruit aromas already exist. Delicately presented in a small 20cl format, this young nectar full of promise is a guarantee of quality for future innovations! Can you be patient ?

Distilled in Shinshu within the highest distillery in Japan, Mars Komagatake Tsunuki Aging 2019 as its name suggests was then transferred to the cellar of Tsunuki, the new Mars Whisky distillery for aging and bottling.
This is the 3rd expression in the "Tsunuki Aging" serie after the 2016 and 2018 editions, and consists of a blend of Bourbon and sherry casks. Mars Komagatake Tsunuki Aging 2019 is perfectly in line with its predecessors with a rich and complex nose expressing fruity notes of citrus and stewed fruit. Subsequently it reveals more lemony and vanilla notes to the palate, ending in a long and sweet finish.

Nikka Coffey Vodka is the purest expression of Miyagikyo distillery's "Coffey Stills" that produce the grain whiskies incoming in the blended whiskies of the famous Japanese brand. The incredible aromatic palette ranging from citrus and herbaceous notes to spicy notes of cinnamon and cardamom, through gourmet aromas of coconut milk, almonds and dates. The creamy texture persists in the mouth while leaving notes of freshly cut grass and ripe pear.
With decades of experience in distilling white spirits but mostly whiskies, Nikka Whisky offers a Japanese vodka that is the fruit of the blend of a corn distillate and a malted barley distillate. Each spirits is distilled separately and then blended with the Chief Blender's know-how. The final mixture is perfected with minimal filtration using white birch coal to ensure precise balance and smooth texture.
The Coffey Stills
From the name of its inventor Aeneas Coffey, this traditional two-column still, named Coffey Still, produces quality grain whiskies originally intended for blended whiskies. Imported from Scotland in 1963, Nikka remained faithful to these traditional stills, which retain more character and give a distinct texture to modern and more efficient multi-column stills. Running these old stills requires real expertise, which Nikka continues to cultivate over the years.

Kirin Fujisanroku 50° is produced in Fuji Gotemba Distillery located at the foot of Mount Fuji. More complex than its predecessor, it has the particularity of being unchilll filtered before bottling to preserve all of its aromas and maintain a richer texture.
Composed exclusively of whiskies aged in American oak barrels, Kirin Fujisanroku 50° willl seduced by the aromas of vanilla and corn so popular among Bourbon lovers. Despite its alcohol volume of 50%, this whisky is rather sweet and pleasant to drink, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif highball or digestif to fully enjoy its taste universe.
This 100% Japanese blend expresses a great balance through its unique blend of 50% single malt and 50% grain whisky. Its round texture is enhanced by the richness of its aromatic bouquet, part of the complexity that comes from a 20 years old single malt that still represents nearly 10% of malt whisky entering the final mixture.

Akashi Single Malt 5 years old Red Wine Cask is a whisky produced by White Oak distillery located in southern Japan on the shores of the Seto Inland Sea. Its greedy nose expresses aromas of brown sugar and fruity yellow fruits. Then at the palate it is an intense aromatic bouquet that will be revealed with notes of caramel, tannins and a slight bitterness. The finish will be frank and woody.
For this limited vintage, the Chef Blender of the House has carefully selected a few single malts aged for 4 years and a half in Cognac casks, then transferred them to French red wine barrels for a maturing of 10 months. Akashi Single Malt 5 years old Red Wine Cask is bottled uncolored and unchillfiltered, with an alcoholic strength of 50%.
Relatively unknown, White Oak distillery is nevertheless part of the history of Japanese whisky by being the first distillery in Japan to obtain a distillation license in 1888. However, it is only in 1919 that the discontinuous production of a malt spirits began and in 1984, a totally new facility dedicated to whisky production was established at the Eigashima site.

Nikka presents the Coffey Grain box, where the house's unique single grain is accompanied by the new Nikka glass and lid that will ensure an unforgettable olfactory experience.
Atypical whisky, composed largely of corn and others cereals, Coffey Grain is a single grain distilled Miyagikyo in its two stills column or Coffey type stills. Its fruity freshness and its bouquet of aromas so different from single malts make Coffey Grain an amazing and seductive whisky by its originality.
Usually used in the composition of famous Nikka blends, grain whisky is rarely bottled as is. After the success of its 50 cl version, Coffey Grain is now permanently available in the Nikka range in a 70 cl bottle.

Ichiro Akuto san Master Blender and owner of the distillerie offers us a perfectly balanced expression, only aged in bourbon casks, revealing the perfect union between the power of peat and the sweetness of dried fruits.
This 2018 version is a blend of single malts distilled between 2003 and 2009, and produced from 100% peat barley from the Highlands.

Tokinoka Black is a blended whisky created by Akito Ueda, Master Blender of White Oak distillery, who gives us a new version of Tokinoka the blend emblem of the brand. Its rather more fruity nose with aromas of tropical fruits and notes of toasted oak, precedes an appealing mouth experience with the appearance of woody aromas and some notes of citrus.
Made from 50% malt whisky and 50% grain whisky aged in 3 different types of casks (Bourbon, Xeres and new oak), this version richer in malt presents a very nice roundness in the mouth and combines at the same time a spicy and creamy sharp side, with a soft and vanilla finish characteristic of Tokinoka.

Kirin Signature Blend is a new version of the famous Fuji Sanroku 50° whisky from Kirin brand. Created by Jota Tanaka Master Blender of Fuji Gotemba distillery, this blend comes from a rigorous selection of whiskies that have reached their "peak of maturation" in order to bring a superb harmony of gourmet and melting aromas.
This "Signature" version reveals a fruity nose with perfumes of pear, pineapple and orange. Rich in the palate, this blend expresses a gourmet aromatic palette ranging from notes of red sugar, butter cookies to fruity aromas of cherry. In the final he persists in the palace leaving behind him a gentle smell of noble incense.
