This Kanosuke New Born Single Malt, by definition, is the juice that comes out of the still then aged for 8 months in white oak barrels before used for maturing shochu. It must be said that beyond its very refreshing profile, sublime fruit aromas already exist.

Delicately presented in a small 20cl bottle, this young nectar full of promise is a guarantee of quality for future innovations ! Can you be patient ?

The distillery Kanosuke

Opened in 2018, Kanosuke Distillery was founded by Komasa Jyozo who has been producing traditional spirits such as shochu since 1883.


Located in Kagoshima Prefecture on the coastline along the famous Fukiagehama Beach, Kanosuke Distillery enjoys a rather mild oceanic climate with rarely negative temperatures in winter.
