Version created especially for France, Dassai 50 is a junmai which means without adding alcohol, and dai ginjo which means that the rice used for its production has been polished up to 50%.

 

Produced by Asahi Shuzo brewery, this sake of great subtlety expressed intense fruity and floral aromas.
